Today a very interesting person visited our Museum – Mr. Michael (Mykhailo) Babchuk from the USA. Mr. Mykhailo was born in Ukraine, in the Nadvirna district of the Ivano-Frankivsk region, however, he has been living in Rochester (New York, USA) for many years, where, in particular, he is engaged in a Ukrainian school. Michael was very interested in the school textbooks of Dr. Igor Shchupak and our other publications. Therefore, Zoriana, librarian, quickly collected for him the literature set, which Mr. Michael will transfer to the school library in Rochester.
In the photographs, Ms. Zoriana is giving Mr. Michael books, museum booklets and our periodicals: newsletters and digests of “Tkuma” Institute and Museum “Jewish Memory and Holocaust in Ukraine”.
