Museum “Jewish Memory and Holocaust in Ukraine” together with the Hesed Menachem Foundation continues its educational activities within the framework of the “Jewish Heritage” project. According to an established tradition, on August 12, 2026, a virtual tour of the exhibition “Jerusalem – Dnipro. From A to Z” was held for project participants. It is part of an international cultural project initiated by the Embassy of the State of Israel in Ukraine, the “Nativ” Representative Office in Ukraine, the Honorary Consulate of the State of Israel in the Western Region of Ukraine and the Museum “Jewish Memory and Holocaust in Ukraine”.

Museum researcher Dilfuza Hlushchenko presented the audience with the alphabetical exhibition “Jerusalem – Dnipro. From A to Z”, accompanying her presentation with a bright video series of graphic images that were part of the exhibition. During the story, the emphasis was placed on the fact that this project is a bridge between two iconic cities, each of which has its own multicultural and multifaceted history. Participants in the virtual tour learned about the meaning of each letter-symbol, which opened a window into the urban landscape of Jerusalem and the Dnipro. The Israeli part of the exhibition, created by the Ginzburg Art Foundation “City cat”, aroused great interest, where digital artists showed unique manifestations of prominent locations in Jerusalem. Then they discussed the works of Ukrainian artist Wanda Orlova – the author of her own artistic style and technique – solarism, the founder of the First Ukrainian Art Agency Art Fine Nation. It was she who revealed the Dnipro to the audience. The works of Olga Shypelyk, a Ukrainian artist who creates paintings full of inner strength, honesty, and warmth, evoked special emotions. Her work, which combines spiritual images, contemporary art, and the symbolism of Jewish culture, appealed to the participants of the meeting.
