The hall consists of the exhibitions united by a common theme “The World After the Holocaust”. Exhibition “The Tragedies of the XX century” takes the special place, its main idea is “There is not anyone other's pain”. It presents documents, photographs, personal belongings and other exhibits related to the Armenian genocide of 1915, the deportation of Crimean Tatars and other Crimean peoples (Armenians, Bulgarians, and Greeks), Volyn tragedy in 1943, Roma genocide during Second World War and the genocides in Cambodia and Rwanda. A particular section of the exhibition is devoted to the events of Euromaidan, Revolution of Dignity, ATO and Russian aggression against Ukraine.
An important thematic block of the hall is “Jewish Culture”. Here you can see the materials connected with the origin and development of Jewish theater, literature, cinema and music. The special exhibition is dedicated to the creation of State of Israel in 1948. Nowadays, a new thematic exposition dedicated to the history of Ukrainian Jews after the Holocaust is being created at the Museum.
