About the museum

Museum “Jewish Memory and Holocaust in Ukraine" is the largest museum on the history of the Jewish people and Holocaust in Ukraine, opened in October 2012. Its halls are dedicated to one of the most terrible tragedies of the 20th century - Nazi extermination of Jews in Europe and the description of the traditional Jewish world destroyed during the war years. This is a new type of museum: its exhibition is a combination of unique exhibits, modern multimedia technologies and art installations.

Schedule and tours

Dear friends and colleagues! Under the conditions of the ongoing Russian-Ukrainian war, the main task of all citizens of Ukraine is to contribute to fight against the Russian aggressors, as well as to help our compatriots, our relatives and friends.

Our Museum “Jewish Memory and Holocaust in Ukraine” is already open for visitors from April 18, 2023

We believe that this is important for the further formation of a humanistic spiritual atmosphere in Ukrainian society, for preserving the memory of the Jewish people on Ukrainian land. We continue to create new exhibitions, develop educational classes and events that will be available, in particular, on the Museum's online resources.

Let’s support each other, and believe in our defenders and in Ukraine. We will win!

The museum is open!
